基于计算流体动力学软件(FLUENT),针对大型举高消防车消防管路系统进行了数值模拟研究,精确计算出管路系统各环节的能量损失及在额定流量工况下车辆达到射程要求所对应的输入压力。同时针对止回阀、蝶阀等流道复杂的常用元件,介绍了其网格化实现方法,解决了目前工程应用中经验公式方法计算不全面、计算精度低的问题,为消防管路系统优化设计及动力匹配提供了可靠支撑。
Based on the computational fluid dynamics software (FLUENT), the numerical simulation of the fire-fighting pipeline system for large-scale high-rise fire-fighting vehicles was carried out.
