知识员工是企业需要的知识资本的载体。知识员工通过自己的工作把知识资本和企业的其他资本整合,从而为企业创造利益。知识员工的水平往往体现企业的核心竞争力,所以留住知识员工至关重要。同时,知识员工又不同于非知识员工,这个群体有着自己的特点和需求。因此,企业要想留住知识员工,提高知识员工的忠诚度,就要弄清楚知识员工需要的到底是什么,然后有针对性地采取措施。
Knowledge workers are the carrier of intellectual capital that companies need. Knowledge workers integrate intellectual capital and other capital of the enterprise through their own work, thereby creating benefits for the company. The level of knowledge workers often reflects the company’s core competitiveness, so it is important to retain knowledge workers. At the same time, knowledge workers are different from non-knowledge employees. This group has its own characteristics and needs. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to retain knowledge workers and increase the loyalty of its knowledge workers, it must figure out what exactly knowledge workers need and then take targeted measures.
