目的:定性研究天南星主要化学成分。方法:应用超高效液相-高分辨串联质谱(UPLCHRMS/MS),采用正负离子模式检测,由仪器软件检索元素组成,结合紫外光谱图与不饱和度的合理性,解析化学成分,并采用对照品验证。结果:鉴定出天南星中柠檬酸、丁二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、腺嘌呤、尿嘌呤、次黄嘌呤、黄嘌呤、尿苷、腺苷和鸟苷等成分,推测天南星含有多个芹菜素和木犀草素碳苷化合物。结论:综合UPLC-HRMS/MS技术色谱、紫外光谱与高分辨质谱信息可快速定性鉴别天南星化学成分,但不能鉴别同分异构体。
Objective: To qualitatively study the main chemical components of Araceae. Methods: UPLCHRMS / MS was used to detect the chemical composition of the compounds. The chemical composition was analyzed by the software of the instrument. The chemical constituents were analyzed by UPLC HRMS / MS. Product certification. Results: The constituents such as citric acid, succinic acid, azelaic acid, sebacic acid, adenine, uracil, hypoxanthine, xanthine, uridine, adenosine and guanosine of Araceae were identified. Apigenin and luteolin glycoside compounds. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of Araceae can be rapidly and qualitatively identified by UPLC-HRMS / MS techniques with chromatographic, UV-vis and high-resolution mass spectral data, but isomers can not be identified.
