近年来对全直肠系膜切除重要性的认识和端端吻合(ＥＥＡ)吻合器的推广应用 ,实施直肠前切除术 (Ｄｉｘｏｎ手术 )越来越多。该术免去了人工肛门的苦恼 ,但术后并发症发生率较高。网膜成形术可显著降低术后吻合口漏、盆腔感染和吻合口瘢痕性狭窄的并发症发生率。现报告如下。1

Omental plasty significantly reduced postoperative complications of anastomotic leakage, pelvic infection and anastomotic cicatricial stenosis. The report is as follows. 1
