质量、安全、效率、效益被视为现代医院管理的四个核心维度,四者需统筹平衡协调。作为全军最大的医院,解放军总医院近5年来平均住院日下降了28.7%,药费比下降了28.3%,非预期二次手术下降了28.2%。大部分医疗质量关键指标远远优于国家标准,走在国内医院前列,实现了医院发展模式从数量规模型向质量内涵型的转变。作为一所大型医院是如何游刃有余地灵活调整航向呢?答案就在于医院开展的全时限、全过程、全要素“十率±X”关键绩效指标(KPI,Key Performance Indicator)导航。
Quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness are regarded as the four core dimensions of modern hospital management. All four must be balanced and coordinated. As the largest hospital in the PLA, the PLA General Hospital has seen a 28.7% decrease in the average length of stay in the past five years, a 28.3% drop in the cost of medicine and a 28.2% drop in unplanned secondary surgery.
