细集料是沥青混合料的重要组分,对沥青混合料的路用性能有重要影响。首先比较3种细集料(机制砂、石屑、天然砂)的棱角性及表面粗糙程度等物理性质,然后探讨不同细集料对SMA-13、AC-13两种沥青混合料体积特性的影响。研究结果表明:在SMA-13沥青混合料中,机制砂和石屑对混合料体积特性影响规律基本相同,但在沥青用量增大时也体现出差异;天然砂由于岩性及棱角性的差异,对体积特性的影响与其他两种细集料相比有较大的差别;相同的级配情况下,细集料不同对最佳沥青用量的影响有差异。
Fine aggregate is an important component of asphalt mixture, which has an important influence on the road performance of asphalt mixture. Firstly, the physical properties such as angularity and surface roughness of three kinds of fine aggregates (sand, stone chips and natural sand) were compared. Then the effects of different fine aggregates on the volumetric characteristics of two types of asphalt mixture, SMA-13 and AC- influences. The results show that in the SMA-13 asphalt mixture, the influence of the mechanism sand and stone chips on the volume characteristics of the mixture is basically the same, but also shows the difference when the asphalt content increases; natural sand due to the difference of lithology and angularity , The influence on the volumetric characteristics is quite different from that of the other two kinds of fine aggregate. Under the same gradation, the difference of fine aggregate affects the optimum amount of asphalt.
