采用熔铸法制备Zn-0.9Cu-0.026Ti合金,并进行轧制处理,借助光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了合金的组织,研究了退火温度和退火时间对Zn-0.9Cu-0.026Ti合金组织和性能的影响,并和H62黄铜软态的性能做了比较。结果表明,Ti元素添加,使锌合金产生严重的成分偏析,但提高了合金的强度和硬度;经过80%形变和热处理,Zn-0.9Cu-0.026Ti合金的显微硬度有所提高,抗拉强度达到210~350 MPa,伸长率达到80%~98%,再结晶温度达到180~240℃,成分偏析得到明显改善,部分性能达到了H62黄铜软态的性能。
Zn-0.9Cu-0.026Ti alloy was prepared by a cast-casting method and subjected to a rolling treatment. The microstructure of the alloy was observed by means of an optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effects of annealing temperature and annealing time on the microstructure of Zn-0.9Cu-0.026Ti Alloy structure and properties of the H62 brass soft state performance and made a comparison. The results show that the addition of Ti element causes serious segregation of components in the zinc alloy, but increases the strength and hardness of the alloy. After 80% deformation and heat treatment, the microhardness of Zn-0.9Cu-0.026Ti alloy increases, The strength reaches 210-350 MPa, the elongation reaches 80% -98%, the recrystallization temperature reaches 180-240 ℃, the segregation of components is obviously improved, and some properties reach the properties of H62 brass soft state.
