剪刃特别是大型剪刃的热处理,是一项比较复杂的工艺,经常出现变形、裂纹和硬度不均等缺陷。剪刀的材料为TS工具钢,有时也用45号钢。毛坯锻造后,经表1所示的退火处理,然后对规格较小的剪刃采取乙炔-氧烧嘴一面加热至780~800℃,一面连续进入水槽冷至室温;和采用电炉780~800℃高温装炉,经加热保温后分垂直及水平进入冷却液冷至室温等方法进行试验,得出表2的结果。从表2可看出:用全部加热工件、水平进入冷却液的淬火方法,由于工件进入冷却液时两端没有时间间
