用紫外分光光度法测定莲心碱片的含量。在１５．０～５０.０μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内，线性关系良好，平均回收率为１００．３７％，ＲＳＤ为０．４９％。方法简单，快速，准确，可作为成品质量控制。
Determination of lotus and alkali tablets by UV spectrophotometry. In the concentration range of 15.0 ~ 50.0μg / ml, the linearity was good with an average recovery of 100.37% and a RSD of 0.49%. The method is simple, fast and accurate, which can be used as the quality control of finished products.
