本研究以6份苎麻品种为材料,通过测定叶中PAL、CAD、POD活性和纤维中木质素的含量,研究木质素形成和相关酶类的动态变化.苎麻不同品种木质素含量差异显著,同一品种的三季麻木质素含量无显著差异.在木质素形成过程中,PAL、CAD、POD活性均呈现先升后降的趋势,在纤维成熟期,PAL、CAD、POD活性与木质素含量增长相对应,但POD活性落后于PAL和CAD活性.
