为了保证《中学生体育合格标准的试行办法》(以下简称《试行办法》)的贯彻实施,国家教委于1989和1990连续两年要求部分高校对《试行办法》的实施情况进行了检查。我们山西大学是山西省被指定检查的唯一一所学校,1989和1990年我们连续两年对入学新生的三项素质(50米跑、立定跳远、推铅球)进行了测试,其中90级860名新生的测试结果是三项总分不满180分的占总人数的76％,三项总分在100分以下的占总人数的21％。在检查中还发现占总人数9.3％的新生入学档案中没有“体育合格标准登记卡”。值得重视的是,我们将89级新生和90级新生的三项素质测试成绩作了比较,结果是90级新生的不合格率高于89级新生。
In order to ensure the implementation of the “Provisional Measures on Sports Qualification Criteria for Middle School Students” (hereinafter referred to as “Trial Measures”), the State Education Commission asked some universities to conduct an examination of the implementation of the “Trial Measures” for two consecutive years in 1989 and 1990. We, Shanxi University, is the only school designated to inspect in Shanxi Province.
