本文用电子显微镜观察了树鼩高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的形态和颗粒大小;用分光光度计和园二色仪研究了HDL和LDL的光谱特性和园二色性;用四甲基脲电泳、SDS-凝胶电泳和聚焦电泳分离了HDL中载脂蛋白的种类和含量。其结果如下: 一、电子显微镜观察HDL、LDL的形态和颗粒大小:结果证明,树鼩血清HDL和HDL均呈园球形,大小比较均匀。HDL的平均直径约为98A,80%以上的直径在80A—110A之间。统计结果表明,LDL的颗粒直径为196A,其中直径在160A—220A的颗粒约占84%。这表明LDL比较均一。 二、树鼩血清HDL的分析超速离心行为:结果表明,树鼩血清LDL和HDL在分析超速离心分析时,只呈现一个单一的
In this paper, the morphology and particle size of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) in tree shrews were observed by electron microscopy.
