运用FIRE软件建立高压共轨柴油机燃烧过程仿真计算模型,通过仿真计算,系统分析了喷嘴结构参数与燃烧室的匹配对高压共轨柴油机燃烧和排放性能的影响,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,仿真值与试验值基本吻合。研究成果为高压共轨柴油机燃烧系统参数优化设计提供了可靠依据。
The FIRE software is used to establish the simulation calculation model of high pressure common rail diesel engine combustion process. The influence of the matching of nozzle structure parameters and combustion chamber on the combustion and emission performance of high pressure common rail diesel engine is systematically analyzed and verified through experiments. The results show that the simulation value is in good agreement with the experimental value. The research results provide a reliable basis for optimizing the parameters of high pressure common rail diesel combustion system.
