目的:探讨保存羊膜移植联合小片状自体结膜移植治疗碱烧伤的可行性。方法:大耳白兔3O只。右眼(实验组)和左眼(对照组)上方球结膜碱烧伤24h后分别行以羊膜为基底的小片状自体结膜移植和单纯小片状自体结膜移植。结果:实验组植片成活率显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。实验组术后第3周结膜外观恢复正常,而对照组则用了5周。结论:大面积结膜碱烧伤早期应用羊膜可改善自体结膜植片的基底,有利于提高植片成活率,达到结膜结构与功能重建的目的。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of preserving alkali burns by transplantation of amnion graft combined with patchy conjunctival autografting. Methods: Large white rabbits 3O only. In the right eye (experimental group) and the left eye (control group), the conjunctival alkali burned over the left eye for 24 hours, followed by amnion-based lamellar autologous conjunctival transplantation and simple platelet-shaped autologous conjunctival transplantation. Results: The survival rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (p <0.05). The appearance of conjunctiva in the experimental group returned to normal after 3 weeks, while the control group took 5 weeks. Conclusion: The application of amniotic membrane in the early stage of conjunctival alkali burn can improve the base of autologous conjunctival implants, which is beneficial to improve the survival rate of the implants and achieve the purpose of conjunctiva structure and functional reconstruction.
