本文针对造纸过程控制中所使用的定量传感器精度较低和可靠性较差的问题,提出了利用多传感器间的冗余关系,实现对传感器的故障诊断和造纸过程定量环节的容错控制,仿真和实验均证实了该方法的有效性.
In this paper, aiming at the problems of low accuracy and low reliability of quantitative sensors used in papermaking process control, this paper proposes the use of redundant relations between multiple sensors to realize fault diagnosis of sensors and fault-tolerant control of quantitative processes in papermaking process. Experiments have confirmed the effectiveness of the method.
