以 2 3个杂交中稻品种为材料 ,研究了杂交中稻发根力与抽穗开花期抗旱性的关系。结果表明 ,4叶期和分蘖盛期及以前发生的根为下层根 ,主要分布于土壤表层下 10~ 30 cm区域 ,当稻田受旱时 ,该区域的土壤含水量相对比土壤表层下 10 cm以内的高 ,以致 4叶期和分蘖盛期的发根力分别与品种自身抽穗开花期植株含水量和抗旱性呈极显著正相关。可将 4叶期和分蘖盛期的发根力作为选育或筛选杂交中稻强抗旱性品种的参考指标。
A study was conducted on the relationship between the resistance of hairy roots during heading and the drought resistance at heading and heading stage in 23 hybrid mid-rice cultivars. The results showed that the roots at the 4-leaf stage and the tillering stage were the lower roots and mainly distributed in the 10-30 cm area under the soil surface. When the paddy fields were subject to drought, the soil water content in the area was 10 cm So that the rooting power at the 4-leaf stage and the tillering stage was significantly and positively correlated with the water content and drought resistance of the cultivars at heading and flowering stage respectively. The 4-leaf and tillering stages of hairy root can be used as a breeding or screening of hybrid mid-high drought resistance varieties reference index.
