在室温对完全时效商业7003铝合金进行4道次Bc路径ECAP挤压后进行拉伸和硬度试验,借助SEM和EDS对断口进行分析。结果表明:随着拉伸道次的增加,硬度和抗拉强度的增强,延展性下降明显;断口为韧性断裂,出现等轴韧窝、撕裂韧窝、剪切韧窝和卵形韧窝;第二相质点对韧窝尺寸的影响非常大。
The fully aged commercial 7003 aluminum alloy was subjected to 4 passes of Bc path ECAP extrusion at room temperature for tensile and hardness testing, and the fracture was analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that the ductility decreases obviously with the increase of drawing pass, the increase of hardness and tensile strength, the ductile fracture of fracture, the emergence of equiaxed dimple, tear dimple, cut dimple and oval dimple ; The second phase of the dimple size of the impact of a very large size.
