目的:比较鼻内窥镜下经鼻口联合径路使用动力系统腺样体切除与常规腺样体刮除术。方法:对80例确诊为腺样体肥大患者随机分为两组:A组:在鼻内窥镜下经鼻、口联合动力系统行吸割腺样体切除术;B组:行常规腺样体刮除术。结果:鼻内窥镜下经鼻、口联合动力系统行吸割腺样体切除术组无腺样体残留,常规腺样体刮除术有腺样体残留。结论:鼻内窥镜下经鼻、口联合动力系统行吸割腺样体切除术术野清楚、切除范围准确、无腺样体残留,手术效果较常规腺样体刮除术好。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the dynamic adenoidectomy and conventional adenoidectomy using nasal and oral approach under nasal endoscope. Methods: Eighty patients diagnosed with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into two groups: group A: underwent endoscopic sinus surgery under nasal endoscopic nasal and oral combined with power system; group B: conventional adenoid Body curettage. Results: There was no adenoid residue in the adenoidectomy group under nasal and oral dynamic system under nasal endoscopy. Adenoid residue was found in conventional adenoid curettage. CONCLUSIONS: Nasal and oral combined power system under nasal endoscopy is a good method for the surgical treatment of adenoidectomy. The scope of resection is accurate and there is no residual adenoid. The surgical results are better than conventional adenoid curettage.
