锚索内力变化量超限原因分析与防范措施

在基坑自测的基础上,结合第三方监测单位的数据共享,判断基坑安全状态,能够有效的为基坑安全保驾护航。本文基于华新城居住区615地块职工安置住宅项目,介绍了施工过程中出现的锚索内力监测点数据报警的相关情况。其发生的主要原因为:支护桩施工后局部场地未夯填密实,基坑周边也未做硬化防水处理,形成了雨水下渗通道,短时暴雨诱发的深层土体沉降引起了锚索内力监测数据报警。文中对监测数据报警情况产生的原因及其他相关监测数据均进行了系统分析,藉此对基坑当时的整体安全状况进行了评估。同时,施工现场有针对性的采取了加强排水、基坑周边硬化防渗、加强仪器观测及人工巡视等措施。并介绍了类似情况可能用到现场应急处置措施,保证了基坑的安全稳定运行。 Based on the self-test of the foundation pit and the data sharing of the third-party monitoring units, the safety status of the foundation pit can be judged and the safety of the foundation pit can be effectively protected. The settlement of deep soil caused by short-term heavy rain has caused the internal force of the anchor cable Monitoring data alarm. In this paper, the causes of the alarm condition of the monitoring data and other related monitoring data are systematically analyzed to evaluate the overall safety status of the pit at that time. At the same time, the construction site targeted to take measures to strengthen drainage, hardening seepage around the foundation pit, strengthen the instrument observation and manual inspection. And introduced a similar situation may be used on-site emergency measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the foundation pit.
