目的采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱技术(UPLC-MS/MS)分析没食子中多酚类化合物的裂解规律并鉴定其结构。方法采用Waters Xevo TQD液质联用仪,0.2%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,ESI负离子模式下采集数据,并通过Mass Lynx软件分析。结果鉴定出没食子中没食子酸鞣质、鞣花酸鞣质、酚酸类15个多酚类化合物,并发现没食子酸鞣质通过失去没食子酰基、C_2H_2O、CH_2O、CO_2和OH发生裂解,且各没食子酸鞣质间存在丢失没食子酰基(m/z 152)的规律。结论得到的质谱裂解规律可用于鉴定没食子中的多酚类化合物,也为研究富含多酚类成分的植物药的化学组成提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To study the cleavage and identification of polyphenols in gallnut by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS / MS). Methods Waters Xevo TQD LC / MS, 0.2% formic acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase, gradient elution and ESI negative ion mode were used to analyze the data. Mass Lynx software was used to analyze the data. Results The results showed that gallic acid tannins, ellagic acid tannins and phenolic acids were identified in 15 of the galls. Gallic acid tannins were found to be cleaved by the loss of galloyl, C_2H_2O, CH_2O, CO_2 and OH. Acid tannins exist between lost galloyl (m / z 152) of the law. Conclusion The results of mass spectrometry can be used to identify the polyphenols in gallic acid and provide a reference for the study of the chemical constituents of botanicals rich in polyphenols.
