目前国家正在组织有关部门编制“十一五”发展规划,受上级部门的委托,中国化工装备协会承担了化工装备制造部分“十一五”规划(草案)的编写任务。为满足石油和化学工业今后发展的需要,化工装备制造行业应不断提高整体实力。最近协会秘书处组织有关人员对行业的现状、竞争力、发展趋势等进行了分析,提出了一些意见,现以文章形式刊出。 At present, the state is organizing relevant departments to compile the 11th Five-Year Development Plan and is entrusted by higher authorities.
