目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)和Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及两者之间的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测38例人脑胶质瘤组织和7例正常人脑组织中MMP-2和Ki-67的表达。结果:正常人脑组织中无Ki-67表达,高度恶性胶质瘤(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)中MMP-2和Ki-67的阳性表达率显著高于低级别胶质瘤组织(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级),并且两者的表达呈显著正相关性(Ki-67:Ⅲ~Ⅳ级vsⅠ~Ⅱ级,t=-18.889,P=0.002;MMP-2:Ⅲ~Ⅳ级vsⅠ~Ⅱ级,t=4.786,P=0.001;相关性:r=0.661,P=0.001)。结论:MMP-2和Ki-67在恶性胶质瘤组织中高表达,与胶质瘤的进展和侵袭密切相关,可作为胶质瘤恶性表型的有用指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-2) and Ki-67 in human glioma and the relationship between the two. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-2 and Ki-67 in 38 human glioma tissues and 7 normal human brain tissues. Results: The positive expression rate of MMP-2 and Ki-67 in high grade gliomas was significantly higher than that in low grade gliomas (Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade) ), And there was a significant positive correlation between them (Ki-67: grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ vs gradeⅠ-Ⅱ, t = -18.889, P = 0.002; 4.786, P = 0.001; correlation: r = 0.661, P = 0.001). Conclusion: The high expression of MMP-2 and Ki-67 in malignant glioma tissue is closely related to the progression and invasion of glioma, which can be used as a useful indicator of the malignant phenotype of glioma.
