某压路机铰接架铜套结构如图1所示,其尺寸和形位公差要求较高,而表面粗糙度要求更高,需达到“镜面”效果。该铜套采用的铜锡合金材料质地较软,工件表面不适合采用研磨方式加工,因而采用普通的车削工艺难以保证加工精度。为此,我们设计了一种金刚石专用车刀,并采用适宜的车削工艺,加工出了符合技术要求的铜套。

To this end, we have designed a special diamond turning tool, and the use of appropriate turning process, processed out of copper in line with technical requirements.
