成年雄狗8条,在麻醉开胸条件下,记录左室压(LVP)、室内压变化率(dp/dt)、升主动脉内压力和血流、左冠脉旋支血流。通过描绘“心力环”反映心泵舒缩作用的力效应,描绘“搏血环”反映心泵射血期力效应,以主动脉根部瞬时阻力反映心泵阻力效应。 给狗静脉内推注三七(Panax notoginseng[Burk]FH Chen)绒根提取物30~50毫克/公斤体重,5~20分钟内心率减慢,心泵阻力降低,心泵舒缩强度及速度减小,冠脉血流量增加,提高了心泵射血效率。
Eight adult male dogs were used to record left ventricular pressure (LVP), intraventricular pressure change rate (dp/dt), intra-ascending aortic pressure and blood flow, and left coronary circumflex blood flow under anesthesia and thoracotomy. By depicting the “heart-force loop” that reflects the force effect of the pumping and contracting of the heart pump, the “blood-ooping ring” is depicted to reflect the force effect of the pump in the ejection period, and the instantaneous resistance of the aortic root is used to reflect the effect of the pump-drag force. Intravenous injection of Panax notoginseng [Burk] FH Chen (30-50 mg/kg body weight) into the dog, slowing of the heart rate within 5 to 20 minutes, lowering of the pump resistance, and the strength and speed of the cardiac pump Decreased, coronary blood flow increased, improving the efficiency of the heart pump ejection.
