文章主要是采用了蒙特卡罗法对超声波流量计进行测量不确定度的分析和评定。通过对超声波流量计检测参数进行采样分析计算,得到输入量的概率密度函数,通过合理确定试验次数,利用Matlab数学软件进行编程计算。实现对超声波流量计不确定度的分析和评定。同时,也通过测量不确定度表示指南的方法 (GUM)对超声波流量计测量不确定度进行了分析计算。利用数值容差法对比分析了这两种方法的计算结果,发现两种方法存在着差异。用蒙特卡罗法对超声波流量计进行不确定度的分析评定会更加可靠。
The article mainly uses the Monte Carlo method to measure and evaluate the uncertainty of the ultrasonic flowmeter. By sampling and analyzing the parameters of the ultrasonic flowmeter, the probability density function of the input quantity is obtained. By reasonably determining the number of experiments, the Matlab software is used for programming and calculation. To achieve the ultrasonic flowmeter uncertainty analysis and assessment. At the same time, the measurement uncertainty of the ultrasonic flowmeter was also calculated and analyzed by the method of measuring the uncertainty of the guide (GUM). The numerical tolerance method is used to compare and analyze the calculation results of these two methods. It is found that there are differences between the two methods. Uncertainty analysis of ultrasonic flowmeters using Monte Carlo method will be more reliable.
