以十八烷基聚氧乙烯基醚为模板剂 ,在 Si O2 的等电点 (p H值为 2 )下 ,成功地合成了具有 MSU结构的中孔 Si O2 分子筛及其 Ti、 Zr和 V取代衍生物 .用 XRD、 N2 吸附 /脱附、 DR U V- Vis和元素分析等手段 ,对它们的孔道及骨架结构进行了全面表征 .催化性能评价结果表明 ,在乙酸介质中 ,Ti、 Zr和 V等过渡金属原子取代的分子筛样品可以催化苯乙烯氧化为苯甲醛的反应 ,且活性和选择性较高
Using octadecyl polyoxyethylene ether as templating agent, mesoporous Si O2 molecular sieves with MSU structure and Ti, Zr and V were successfully synthesized at the isoelectric point of Si O2 (p H = 2) Substituted derivatives were synthesized and characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption / desorption, DR U V-Vis and elemental analysis.The catalytic performance evaluation results show that in the acetic acid medium, Ti, Zr And V and other transition metal atoms substituted molecular sieve samples can catalyze the oxidation of styrene to benzaldehyde reaction, and high activity and selectivity
