在平时的教学中,经常听到老师们表扬学生“你真了不起”“你真棒”等。但是学生不知怎么了,不吃这一套。他们有的沾沾自喜,有的依然我行我素。教师的表扬成了麻醉剂,于是此时教师便深感疑惑:怎么孩子软硬不吃,这么难管教呢?其实教师在对学生进行评价时,必须以学生的发展为本,强调评价的互动性、评价内容的多元性、评价过程的动态性,从而促进每一位学生持续、健康地发展。
