一个没有学习能力的企业是不会保持不断发展壮大的基因的。谈到学习能力,我们不能简单地以评价一个人的学习方式和态度作为判断企业学习能力的标准,因为那仅仅是个体学习能力的一种表现形式。探讨企业学习能力前,我们先要回答一个既简单又复杂的问题,那就是培训是谁的需求?我曾经问过很多企业的管理者,得到的答案大多都是“企业和员工的共同需求”。我认为这是错误的,培训真正的需求者是企业而不是员工。如果企业要根据员工的需求来构建自己的培养体系,那结果必然是失败的。因为企业永远满足不了员工的个性化需求。所以我要非常清楚地告诉管理者,培训是企业的需求而不是员工的需求!
A non-learning business will not continue to grow and develop the gene. When it comes to learning ability, we can not simply evaluate a person’s learning style and attitude as a criterion to judge the ability of business learning, because that is just an expression of individual learning ability. Before we discuss the learning ability of enterprises, we first need to answer a simple and complex question. Who is the training needs? I have asked many managers of enterprises and most of the answers they got were “the common needs of enterprises and employees. ”. I think this is wrong, and training the real consumer is business rather than employee. If the business needs to build their own training system based on staff needs, then the result must be a failure. Because companies can never meet the individual needs of employees. So I want to tell managers very clearly that training is the needs of the business rather than the needs of employees!
