新常态对广大干部法治能力提出了新要求。从云南省临沧市的情况看,要解决干部法治能力不足的问题,需要从以下5个方面着力:一是主要领导带头。二是抓住重点。三是奖励优秀,发挥鼓舞、示范和引领作用。四是把干部选拔任用与法治能力的提高联系起来。五是充分利用各种资源,切实提高培训质量,才能促进法治建设目标的顺利实现。
The new normal has put forth new requirements for the cadre’s rule of law capabilities. From the situation in Lincang, Yunnan Province, we must tackle the following problems in order to solve the problem of insufficient cadres’ capability of rule of law: First, leading leaders take the lead. The second is to seize the key. Third, reward excellent, inspire, demonstrate and lead role. Fourth, linking the appointment and appointment of cadres with the improvement of the ability of the rule of law. Fifth, making full use of various resources and effectively improving the quality of training can we promote the smooth realization of the goal of rule of law.
