一、概述 我厂系单件小批多品种纺机生产厂,每年生产的产品有80多个品种,仅冲压件有一万多个零件,零件的特点是板料厚(1.5~10毫米)尺寸大(长度在1000毫米左右),这类零件用一般的薄板模,橡皮模,或小型组合模,均不适应需要。我们对冲裁件进行了基素分析,工件几何图形基本是由直线,圆角,圆头,缺口和大小不同的各种孔型(圆孔,方孔,长圆孔,长方孔)所组成,如图1。
