2001年11月10日23时38分,随着时任中国政府代表团团长、外经贸部部长的石广生代表中国政府在议定书上的笔锋轻落,经过15年的长跑,国人入世的期望终于美梦成真,中国汽车业就此也翻开了自己崭新的一页。回顾多年来的历程,数汽车业最为“热闹”。在中国所有的产业中,汽车业被一致认为是受冲击最大的产业,一度在包括汽车行业在内的国内社会各界都充斥着“悲壮”的声音,仿佛入世后中国汽车业必将面临一场无法避免的灭顶之灾。
