目的:建立以二阶导数光谱法测定尿液中左氧氟沙星浓度的方法。方法:利用左氧氟沙星在350~360nm间二阶导数的光谱峰谷振幅值(P),测定左氧氟沙星的尿药浓度。结果:左氧氟沙星检测浓度的线性范围为2~18μg.mL-1(r=0.999 6);平均回收率为100.2%(RSD=0.66%);日内、日间RSD分别为0.09%、1.82%。结论:本方法简便、稳定、精密度高、重现性好,不必留空白尿样,无需提取分离,适宜该尿药浓度监测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of levofloxacin in urine by second order derivative spectrometry. Methods: The urine concentration of levofloxacin was determined by the peak-to-peak amplitude (P) of the second derivative of levofloxacin at 350 ~ 360nm. Results: The linear range of levofloxacin was 2 ~ 18μg.mL-1 (r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 100.2% (RSD = 0.66%). The intra-day and interday RSD were 0.09% and 1.82% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, stable, high precision and good reproducibility. There is no need to leave blank urine sample, no need to extract and separate, so it is suitable for the monitoring of urine concentration.
