以6061铝合金为研究对象,利用计算机仿真技术和实验,分析了表面处理过程中的温度场,并利用仿真参数模拟了下束时间、电子束加速电压对熔池尺寸的影响。结果表明,6061铝合金电子束表面处理过程中,温度场分布均匀,且随着距处理中心区域距离的增加,温度呈梯度分布趋势。仿真结果和实验分析结果比较吻合。
Taking the 6061 aluminum alloy as the research object, the temperature field in the surface treatment process was analyzed by computer simulation technique and experiment. The influence of beam irradiation time and electron beam acceleration voltage on the size of the weld pool was simulated by simulation parameters. The results show that the temperature field of 6061 aluminum alloy is uniformly distributed during the electron beam surface treatment, and the temperature shows a gradient distribution trend as the distance from the treatment center increases. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
