采用田间分期播种的自然低温胁迫方法,以相对冷敏指数(CR I)为评价指标,对籼稻恢复系明恢63(R1)、蜀恢527(R2)、绵恢725(R3)、绵恢746(R4)和辐恢838(R5)及其15个不完全双列杂交组合障碍型耐冷性的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明,1)不同恢复系R1~R5及其杂交组合对低温的敏感程度存在显著差异,其中,R5表现耐冷性强,而R3、R1和R2均表现为弱;2)在一定的低温胁迫下,同一个恢复系与不同不育系和不同恢复系与同一不育系组配系列杂交组合之间的平均结实率和CR I值的差异达到极显著水平,其耐冷性强弱前者呈A/R5>A/R3>A/R2>A/R1>A/R4趋势,后者呈A3/R>A1/R>A2/R的趋势,表明杂交水稻低温障碍型耐冷性的表达既与恢复系有关,又受不育系影响;3)在一定低温胁迫下,恢复系与其相应杂交组合的耐冷性之间存在显著正相关关系。其中R1、R2、R3和R5与其对应杂交组合之间CR I值的相关系数分别为0.9986**、0.5145*、0.1660和0.8965**。

(3) There was a significant positive correlation between the cold tolerance of restorer lines and their corresponding hybrid combinations under certain low temperature stress. The correlation coefficients of CR I between R1, R2, R3 and R5 and their corresponding hybrid combinations were 0.9986 **, 0.5145 *, 0.1660 and 0.8965 **, respectively.
