“基础教育”一词虽然在我们的社会生活和教育活动中被广泛使用,但是对其概念内涵和外延的界定却众说纷纭。从词法角度看,基础教育有多种解读方式;从演化过程看,基础教育概念形成于人们含糊的理解之中;从法律角度看,教育相关法律一直避免使用这一概念;从国际通用和英文翻译上看,这是一个中国独有的、无法准确翻译的概念。因此,在教育理论领域和教育实践中“基础教育”这个概念只会渐行渐远。
Although the term “basic education” is widely used in our social life and educational activities, there are many different definitions of its connotation and extension. From the perspective of lexicalism, there are many ways to interpret basic education. From the perspective of evolution, the concept of basic education is formed in the vague understanding of people. From a legal point of view, education-related laws have always avoided the concept. From international and English In translation, this is a concept that is unique to China and can not be accurately translated. Therefore, in the field of educational theory and educational practice, the notion of “basic education” will only go away.
