目的分析血浆D-二聚体水平检测在下肢深静脉血栓中的诊断价值。方法选取所在医院2016年2—12月68例下肢深静脉血栓患者作为观察组,同时选取同期68名健康体检者作为对照组,2组受检者均开展血浆D-二聚体水平检测,对检测结果进行分析。结果观察组血浆D-二聚体含量(1 256.89±135.83)g/L显著高于对照组血浆D-二聚体含量为(172.59+13.59)g/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血浆D-二聚体水平检测在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的特异性、敏感性、阳性预期值、阴性预期值分别为50.0%、100.0%、89.7%、100.0%。结论血浆D-二聚体水平检测操作便利,具有无创性,能够动态监测患者下肢深静脉血栓形成情况,可作为下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断依据。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of plasma D-dimer level in deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods Sixty-eight patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities from January to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Meanwhile, 68 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Plasma D-dimer levels were measured in both groups. Test results for analysis. Results The plasma D-dimer level (1 256.89 ± 135.83) g / L in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (172.59 + 13.59) g / L, with significant difference between groups <0.05). The specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of plasma D-dimer level in the observation group were 50.0%, 100.0%, 89.7% and 100.0% respectively in the diagnosis of DVT. Conclusion The detection of plasma D-dimer is convenient and noninvasive. It can dynamically monitor the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and can be used as the diagnostic basis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.
