采用电化学法和腐蚀浸泡法,并结合SEM和XRD等分析手段,研究了钛-钯合金在甲酸溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:随着甲酸溶液温度的升高,钛-钯合金的耐蚀性降低,当温度为80℃时,会发生吸氢反应,且可能发生了点蚀;若延长实验时间,提高甲酸溶液的温度或体积分数,会使钛-钯合金腐蚀加重。钛-钯合金设备不适用于高温、高体积分数的甲酸介质中。
The corrosion behavior of titanium-palladium alloy in formic acid solution was studied by electrochemical method and corrosion-immersion method combined with SEM and XRD. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Ti-Pd alloy decreases with the increase of the formic acid solution temperature. When the temperature is 80 ℃, the hydrogen absorption reaction may occur and pitting corrosion may occur. If the experimental time is prolonged, the formic acid solution The temperature or volume fraction, will make titanium - palladium alloy corrosion worse. Titanium - palladium alloy equipment is not suitable for high temperature, high volume fraction of formic acid medium.
