“立体构成”是对现实三维空间的一种身心体验、理性分析和自然认知。在我们传统的基础教育中,对生活中的空间规律、秩序和属性研究已十分欠缺。初等教育的课程教学一般大都是老师以口述形式单向传授,缺乏对自然形态的真实认知和客观规律的探索研究,更缺乏相关实践制作的操作训练。长期以往导致学生只惯于作平面性的想象,而立体意识更加淡薄。随着科技的迅猛进步,社会发展的日新月异,在当今这个建筑、机器、人口、道路不断增长、立体纵横交叉的几何型秩序的社会里,“立体构成”这门兼具创造性和实践性的课程进入今日的小学课堂显得极其必要。
