如何贯彻新课程的理念,如何提高课堂效果,如何实现学生的真正“减负增效”?这是每一位从事教育事业和关心教育的人都需要认真思考的问题,更需要每一位教师去不断探索和实践。而教师课堂教学中“缺位”艺术恰恰是在新课程理念下,对课堂教学过程的探索和深化,其根本作用更加体现出课堂教学中教师主导作用和学生主体作用的有机统一。课堂教学的“缺位”艺术能够进一步优化课堂教学的结构,真正实现了新课改所倡导的“减负增效”。
