随着旅游业的迅猛发展,旅游市场竞争日趋激烈,景区形象问题越来越受到关注,兴凯湖景区通过多年发展但是在树立品牌形象,扩大市场份额上仍然存在着不足,本文从理念识别,行为识别,和视觉识别三个方面阐述兴凯湖景区整体环境的塑造和强化,并形成品牌效应,达到扩大市场份额的目标。
