利用苦寒泻下中药番泻叶灌服大鼠，使其产生脾虚症状；再用冰乙酸化学刺激法复制溃疡性结肠炎动物的病理模型，其症状与临床脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎症状相符，病理改变与该疾病病变相一致
The rats were treated with bitter cold and diarrhea of traditional Chinese medicine, and the spleen deficiency symptoms were induced. The pathological models of ulcerative colitis were replicated by glacial acetic acid chemical stimulation.
