为满足企业生产过程监控与管理的需求,解决企业内部控制层与管理层之间存在的通信瓶颈,提出基于OPC(OLE for Process Control)和B/S模式的生产管理网络系统。本文对系统开发中所涉及的关键技术进行了深入研究,阐述了软件体系结构,提出了一个基于B/S模型的三层体系结构,分析如何实现生产过程数据在系统网络中的实时传输和分析处理。通过实例剖析如何实现系统集成及其主要功能,验证了该系统的可行性和有效性。
In order to meet the needs of enterprise production process monitoring and management and solve the communication bottleneck existing between the internal control and management of the enterprise, a production management network system based on OPC (OLE for Process Control) and B / S mode is proposed. This article has carried on the thorough research to the key technology involved in the system development, elaborated the software architecture, proposed a three-tier architecture based on the B / S model, and analyzed how to realize the real-time transmission and analysis of production process data in the system network deal with. An example is given to illustrate how to realize system integration and its main functions, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this system.
