目的:探讨医护联合品管圈在缩短患者动静脉内瘘术后成熟时间中的应用效果。方法:选取120例行动静脉内瘘成形术的患者作为研究对象。将2017年1月28日~12月30日的60例患者分为对照组,采取常规护理;将2018年1月28日~12月30日的60例患者分为观察组,采取医护联合品管圈。观察比较两组内瘘成熟率、成熟时间、成熟情况及功能锻炼依从性。结果:观察组术后8周内内瘘成熟率高于对照组(P<0.05),成熟时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组静脉内径、静脉距皮深度、静脉端血流量等内瘘成熟情况比较,术
