为了分析丝杠推杆式和斜盘式偏转机构的适用性,首先建立了偏转弹头导弹的线运动、角运动方程,总结出弹道、控制系统设计对线运动、角运动方程的要求;然后将安装两种偏转机构后导弹的质量特性代入动力学模型进行仿真。仿真结果表明:丝杠推杆式机构能满足弹道、控制系统设计对线运动、角运动方程的要求,是适用性机构;斜盘式机构仅能满足弹道设计对线运动方程的要求,不是适用性机构。进一步研究中应当重视丝杠推杆式机构的研制。
In order to analyze the applicability of the lead screw and swash plate deflection mechanism, firstly, the linear and angular motion equations of the projectile bullet missile are established, and the requirements of trajectory and control system design for the linear motion and angular motion equations are summarized. Then, After the installation of two deflection mechanisms, the mass characteristics of the missile are substituted into the dynamic model for simulation. The simulation results show that the screw-driven mechanism can meet the requirement of ballistic and control system design for linear motion and angular motion and is an applicable mechanism. The swash-plate mechanism can only satisfy the requirement of ballistic design for linear motion equation, Sexual institutions. In the further research, we should pay attention to the development of lead screw mechanism.
