当前,我国建筑业高技能人才总量短缺,结构不合理,领军人才匮乏、培养投入总体不足,培养培训机构能力建设滞后,保障激励机制不完善,人才发展的体制机制障碍和社会氛围有待改善,不能满足建筑业持续健康发展的需要。培养以高技能人才为骨干的建筑行业技术工人队伍,提高建筑行业整体创新能力迫在眉睫。
At present, the total shortage of high-skilled personnel in the construction industry in China is irrational. The shortage of leading personnel, the lack of training for overall personnel, the lag in capacity-building of training institutions, the imperfection of incentive mechanism, the obstacles to institutional mechanisms and the social atmosphere need to be improved, Can not meet the needs of sustainable and healthy development of construction industry.
