According to the Daily Mail, scientists at the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati found that drinking purple grape juice can reduce or even reverse the memory decline. Those who insisted on drinking purple grape juice within 12 weeks had improved in a series of psychological tests. Experts believe that antioxidants in grape skins and juices are the key to preventing memory loss.
