为研究p53基因突变与人类白血病的关系,应用免疫组化方法对45例不同类型的白血病标本进行了p53蛋白的检测。结果发现p53蛋白表达阳性率为24.4%,其中在急性髓系白血病中为18.2%,而在急性淋系白血病中为27.3%,急性民淋两系白血病间p53蛋白的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05),p53蛋白的表达量与病人年龄、外周血血红蛋白水平、白细胞计数、血小板计数间也无显著性相关(P>0.05)。
To study the relationship between p53 gene mutation and human leukemia, immunohistochemistry was used to detect p53 protein in 45 different types of leukemia specimens. The results showed that the positive rate of p53 protein expression was 24.4%, which was 18.2% in acute myeloid leukemia and 27.3% in acute leukaemia. There was no difference in p53 protein expression between acute Minlian two-lineage leukemia. Significant (P>0.05), there was no significant correlation between the expression of p53 protein and the patient’s age, peripheral blood hemoglobin level, white blood cell count, platelet count (P>0.05).
