采用恒温DSC研究了聚氨酯/乙烯基酯树脂顺序互穿聚合物网络( PU/VER-IPN)的反应动力学。结果表明,顺序PU/VER-IPN的形成分二步。聚氨酯(PU)首先形成网络一,然后乙烯基酯树脂(VER)形成网络二。两步反应都用n级反应模型来描述。确定了反应动力学参数:PU的反应级数为n1=1.29,lgk1=3.27 1/min,Ea1=25.9kJ/mol;VER的反应级数为n2=0.961,lgk2=4.44 1/min,Ea2=40.2 kJ/mol。根据动力学参数得出了反应速度、和反应温度三者之间的关系曲线及PU/VER-IPN形成的工艺参数:反应温度60℃、反应时间2h;反应温度,100℃、反应时间2h。“,”The reaction kinetics of forming polyurethane/vinyl ester resin simultaneous interpenetrating polymer network was studied by isothermal DSC. The polymerization of PU/VER-IPN is composed of two reaction steps. The PU is polymerized firstly and its reaction order (n1) is 1.29, frequency factor (lgk1) and activation energy (Ea1) are 3.27 1/min and 25.9 kJ/mol, respectively. The VER is polymerized later and its reaction order (n2), frequency factor (lgk2) and activation energy (Ea2) are 0.961, 4.44 and 40.2kJ/mol, respectively.The processing parameters of PU/VER-IPN are reactive temperture60℃、100℃,reactive time 2h and 2h.
