研究了冷却方式及改性处理对玻纤增强热塑性聚合物复合材料性能的影响。采用模压工艺制备复合材料,研究冷却方式、偶联剂处理及等离子改性处理对玻纤增强聚丙烯力学性能的影响,并通过DSC分析复合体系结晶性能的变化规律。结果表明:采用同加热板一起冷却的复合材料结晶性能较好,材料的拉伸性能最高;改性处理在一定程度上改善了材料的界面结合力,提高了材料的拉伸性能,通过等离子处理可以对聚合物的结晶起到促进作用,而偶联剂浓度的变化对其结晶性能变化没有影响。
The effects of cooling method and modification on the properties of glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic polymer composites were studied. The effects of cooling method, coupling agent treatment and plasma modification treatment on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene were studied. The changes of the crystallinity of the composite system were analyzed by DSC. The results show that the composite material cooled with the heating plate has better crystallizing property and the highest tensile property of the material. The modification treatment can improve the interfacial bonding force of the material and improve the tensile property of the material to a certain extent. Through the plasma treatment Can promote the crystallization of the polymer, and the change of the concentration of the coupling agent has no effect on the change of the crystallization performance.
