针对某微型涡喷发动机的地面试车实验过程,介绍了发动机结构,地面实验台的搭建,测试系统的布置,试车线路的制定,并重点分析了试车过程中遇到的多种故障现象及解决办法.这些故障现象包括:点火可靠性、火焰拖尾、转速悬挂、转静件碰摩、尾喷管翼子板焊缝开裂、涡轮端轴承热失稳、发动机喘振、电控程序调试等.实验结果表明:进一步降低涡轮端轴承热负荷、改进国产压气机叶轮材料机械性能、提高工艺水平,是目前微型涡喷发动机设计中亟待解决的问题;其他故障形式均可以通过采取相关措施予以克服.
Aiming at the ground test running process of a micro turbojet engine, the structure of the engine, the construction of the ground test bench, the layout of the test system and the establishment of the test drive line are introduced. The phenomena and solutions of various faults encountered in the test run are analyzed emphatically These fault phenomena include: ignition reliability, flame tailing, speed suspension, rotor rubbing, cracking of the tail pipe welds, thermal instability of the turbine end bearings, engine surge, and commissioning of electronic controls. The experimental results show that: to further reduce the heat load on the turbine end bearing, improve the mechanical properties of the domestic compressor impeller material, and improve the level of technology is the urgent problem to be solved in the design of the micro-turbojet; other failure modes can be overcome by taking relevant measures.
